Million Agenceis Pte Ltd and team provides services to subject to notices, terms and conditions as set out below. You agree that by accessing, browsing, or shopping on this website, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with all of these Terms of Use, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and you must discontinue use immediately.

User Registration

You may be required to register with the Site. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such username is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

Products

All prices include prevailing Goods & Services Tax. Million Agencies Pte Ltd reserves the rights to change prices without prior notice at any time. We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours, features, specifications, and details of the products available on the Site. However, we do not guarantee that the colour, features, specifications and details of the products will be accurate, complete, reliable, current or free of other errors, and your electronic display may not accurately reflect the actual colours and details of the products.

All products are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that items will be in stock. We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason. Prices for all products are subject to change.

Payments

All prices listed on our website are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

Full payment is required when placing your order in our online shop.

All our online transactions are processed via Credit Card or PayNow.

Delivery Terms

The delivery terms clause of the eCommerce Terms and Conditions is also often referred to as the “Shipping Policy” and includes the basic shipping/delivery policy for our online store. A delivery charge of S$25.00 will be charged on all orders with a total value less than S$250.00. Self-collection is available at our office during our operating hours (9:30am to 4:30pm).

Additional delivery charge may apply for any other special arrangement such as special timing, location within CBD, Sentosa Area, etc. Please call us for further information. We shall make every effort to fulfill orders placed by customers through our online store. Million Agencies Pte Ltd shall not be liable to any person if we shall decline to fulfill an order for whatever reason, or if Million Agencies Pte Ltd is unable to supply an order because of an unforeseen change to the Products (as the case may be), or because the Products may be unavailable. All delivery dates are estimates only and Million Agencies Pte Ltd will not be held liable for any delay in delivery of the goods howsoever caused.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation of orders is not accepted after payment is received. We apologies for any inconvenience caused. However, if you would like to postpone the delivery of your order, do give us 2 Full Working Day’s notice in advance of the original delivery date. If there is a quality issue or if you received a wrong item, please contact us immediately.

Liability & Return Policy

Any defect in the quality, quantity and condition of the goods should be notified by the Customer to Million Agencies Pte Ltd online store, on receipt of the goods and the delivery should be refused by the Customer. If the Customer does not notify us and accepted the delivery, Million Agencies Pte Ltd online store will not accept liability for such defect and the Customer will be required to pay for the goods in full as if delivered, refund and exchange will not be entertained.

In any case, Million Agencies Pte Ltd is not responsible for usage and/or deterioration of its products and/or equipments if they are not used in conformity with the indications and characteristics of the product itself.

Million Agencies Pte Ltd is not responsible for any damage caused by any possible irregularity of the products and/or the equipments including a drop in the production, a stop in the profit and/or any other indirect damage.

Products return/exchange to be made within 7 days. Refunds and exchange is strictly not allowed beyond the stipulated time period. Returns are only accepted for defected items. In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging intact.

For Cancellation,a restocking fee starting from 30% of the purchase price will apply, for any items not returned in good condition or outside the stipulated time frame. Upon receipt of the returned item and completed the inspection, you will be advised on the restocking fee and refunded amount. Refunds will take up to 30 calendar days to process (starting from the date of the returned item) and will be in the mode of Credit Note. Million Agencies Pte Ltd reserves the rights to change the mode of refund.

Please take note that no cancellation or return will be accepted for the following: Items with Certificate of Calibration, Calibration Services, Customised/ Pre- orders / Indent Orders and Clearance/ Sale items.

Privacy Policy

Million Agencies Pte Ltd online store does not disclose the Customers information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
